Start by naming your campaign and selecting the AI agent that will handle all the calls in this campaign.

  • Campaign Name: e.g., "March Appointment Reminders"
  • Select Agent: Choose from your configured agents
  • Caller ID: Select which number to display
  • Max Duration: Set call time limit (1-60 min)

Tips for CSV Files

Use quotes around fields containing commas. Dates should follow ISO format (YYYY-MM-DD). Phone numbers must include country code. Maximum 10,000 rows per file.

The number of concurrent calls depends on your plan. Basic plans support up to 5 concurrent calls, Pro supports 20, Scale supports 50, and Enterprise can be configured for unlimited concurrent calls.
Yes! You can pause a campaign at any time. When paused, no new calls will be initiated, but calls already in progress will complete. You can resume the campaign whenever you're ready.
After exhausting all retry attempts, contacts are marked as "Failed" in your results. You can export these contacts and create a new campaign to try reaching them later or via a different channel.
Absolutely! Any column in your CSV file becomes available as a variable in your agent's workflow. For example, if you have a "name" column, your agent can greet callers by name.
